A question about
your check?

Start with the part of the result that surprised you. A specific question is easier to investigate than a score on its own.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

A few things worth knowing.

Clear answers before you check.

What happens if I leave during a scan?

The check continues on the server. Return in the same browser to pick up the saved job. Completed jobs are available for 24 hours. Resuming the same job does not submit or charge for a second scan.

What can I upload?

Paste text or upload a TXT, PDF or DOCX file. PDFs need selectable text: scans and photographs cannot be read. Uploaded files can be up to 20 MB; the extracted text must still fit the scan’s character limit.

Does an AI result prove who wrote the text?

No. A detector measures patterns, not authorship or intent. Human writing, translation and editing can all affect a result. Read the evidence alongside drafts, source material and the policy that applies.
